DRY RUBS and SLOW COOK

Chilli & Lemongrass - Our signature rub and awarded the Great Taste accolade. Citrus with a chilli kick - everybody's favourite.

Korean Sweet Chilli and Sesame - Our newest addition. Sesame and chilli with a sweet apple background.

Pulled PorkSLOW COOK - for those who like to sit back relax, slow cook or roast and serve up superb Original American food – This recipe hails from Alabama in the deep south. Non Spicy.

Chipotle - New recipe - cracked coriander seeds and lime zest add a zing to the smokiness of the jalapeno chilli

Barbecue – No hidden spice just Paprika, Citrus Lemon, Garlic and Onion – a hint of smoked paprika – Loves to be mixed with Chorizo Oil!

Peri Peri – Classic Portuguese dish with tomato, garlic, oregano and of course big on Paprika. Bit spicy and manageable for those who don’t do chilli!

Indian Masala – Not spicy just sweet kashmiri mildness with classic curry overtones – delicious.

Oriental – Intensely aromatic and to savour it is to be in the Orient! No spice here!

Szechuan Pepper – Crunchy Szechuan pepper mix ready for steak a mild Peppery heat

Tagine - SLOW COOK - Effortless to prepare - real intense Morroccan spice with the fruity acidity of apricot and a fine lamb stock

INFUSED OILS

Chorizo - Real Spanish chorizo infused into rapeseed oil. For cooking, drizzling, dipping

Chorizo HOT - As above but with the added kick of pure chilli extract for cooking and drizzling - for those with a love of spice

Oriental - 8 spices infused for 24 hours into rapeseed oil. Deeply aromatic for all things oriental and a fantastic dipping oil when heated.
